Location: Al Ras area in Idhna, Hebron.

Perpetrators: the Israeli Occupation Civil Administration.

Victims: Mohammad and Wajdi Faraj-Allah.

Details:

On February 4, 2013, the Israeli Occupation Civil Administration served two families in Idhna stop-work and demolition orders for under construction residences.

  • Stop-work order: the Israeli Occupation Civil Administration served Mohammad Faraj-Allah a stop-work order for his 125 m2 residence on the pretext of unlicensed construction. Construction began by the beginning of 2013.

The order set February 26, 2013 as the date of a hearing session to be held before Beit El Military court to decide on what was described as 'demolition or returning to the status quo.'

  • Demolition order: the Israeli Occupation Civil Administration also served Wajdi Faraj-Allah a demolition order for his under construction residence with an area of 110 m2.

The owner received a stop-work order on December 26, 2012 but neglected the order because he had not even started construction at that time.
