The Jordan Valley is always under attack since Israel considers it the state’s east borderline that cannot be conceded in any peace treaty signed with Palestinians. Hence, Israel works day and night at kicking people living in that region out. On 17/03/2013, the Israeli occupation forces raided Middle Fasayil where they distributed military orders for a number of structures and sheds. That step came after distributing a number of demolition orders in the northern ghors for 12 families in Az Zubeidat in addition to sending demolition orders for a number of structures in Al-Maleh and Bardala in less than a month ago. All this aims at forcing Bedouins to leave their lands.
The Israeli occupation justified the orders as being sent for unlicensed structures built in an area classified C according to Oslo. The table gives information about the latest orders:

Information about Middle Fasayil (Fasayil Al-Wosta):

It is located in the heart of the mid of the Jordan Valley, 17 km north of Jericho. Most of its inhabitants are refugees since the 1948 catastrophe.  The Israeli occupation considers Fasayil state property where Palestinians are not allowed to. In March, 2011, the Israeli occupation sent eviction orders to all the residents in Fasayil on the pretext that they are living within the lands of the Israeli state. People of Fasayil filed lawsuits to the Israeli Supreme Court asking to stay in the region but in 2008, the Israeli court ruled that they should evict the place immediately. It is the right of people to live in public and musha land it is the responsibility of the occupier to return people to their original inhabitants or find an alternative where they can live in dignity. On the contrary, the Israeli occupation is planning to kick out Palestinians and replace them with Jewish colonists.
