Two stop-work and stop-construction orders in Khirbet Susiya south of Yatta
 

 

Violation: Two stop-work orders in a kindergarten and a barn.

Date: December 12th 2012.

Location: Khirbet Susiya – Yatta Hebron District.

Victims:Children in Khirbet Susiya and the citizen Ihsan Shinnaran.

Perpetrator: Israeli Occupation Civil Administration.

 

Details:On December 3, 2012, the Israeli Occupation Authorities issued two stop-work and stop-construction orders in a kindergarten and a barn in Susiya south of Yatta in Hebron District.

 

And so, a force of the Occupation Army accompanied by the so-called the Civil Administration broke into the western region of Khirbet Susiya and posted the orders on the threatened installations and took their photos before leaving.

 

The orders claimed that these installations were built without permission and demanded that the owners stop the work immediately; they fixed the date (30122012) for the session of “the subcommittee on inspection” of Beit Eil colony to be held in order to consider what is called “Demolishing the construction or returning the place to its previous state”.
