The order number (412 – 27/12) issued by the Israeli Occupation Civil Administration – Central Inspection Unit, said that ‘the owner MUST return the land to the status quo within 45 days or else the Authorities will do so on the owner’s expense’.  The order is dated August 23, 2012 and it was found on September 16, 2012.

The owner said: ‘we rehabilitated the field 5 months ago through one of the reclamation projects; however, I was on my way to check on the land when I saw the order and I was shocked to read the content, basically telling me to destroy my own field… that is impossible‘. The victim referred to the Palestinian Ministry of State to aid him and they appointed Gayyath Naser, an attorney of law, to defend his case.
