Violation: stop-work orders for 3 residences inhabited by 40 people including 18 children.

Details:
On May 2, 2012, the Israeli Occupation Authorities issued three stop-work orders fro three mobile homes in al Mfqara area upon claims that these houses were placed illegally in the area. The orders set May 29, 2012 as the date of the hearing session to be Held in Beit El Military Court in regard to the houses and returning to the status quo. It must be noted that these houses were a donation of UN OCHA after the demolitions that were carried out on November, 2011.

The owners were left anxious and worried of possible demolitions since the Israeli Occupation Authorities are trying to force them out of the area by any means necessary.
