He started the construction of the house in 1998 but was forced to halt the construction due to an Israeli order which was based on the pretext of building in area classified ‘C’ according to Oslo Agreement. The owner stated that he stopped the construction of the 80-m2-house after placing the pillars of the house. He pointed that the Israeli measures are part of their overall policy of limiting Palestinian development.
On the other hand, the Israeli Occupation Forces demolished a container that was used spare parts warehouse near the by-pass; they were the property of Saber abu Maria. The soldiers forced him to remove all the scrap cars while they destroyed the fence surrounding his land.
