Eviction and Stop-Work orders in Beit Ummar
The Israeli Occupation Authorities issued 3 stop-work orders against three houses in Beit Ummar town, Northern Hebron. Another eviction order was issued against a commercial shop in the town. According to the owners testimonies, the Israeli Occupation Civil Administration officers broke into the houses on March 6, 2011 and handed the orders. The orders specified March 31, 2011 as the date for the hearing session to be held in Beit El Military Court. The Israelis justified the orders by claiming that the houses were built before receiving the proper permits.
