Violation:
On June 23, 2010, a group of the Organization and Construction Committee officers accompanied by Israeli troops distributed 6 stop-work orders against Palestinian structures in Kafr ad Dik. The Israelis used the pretext of ‘no permit’ in order to justify their actions.
The orders provided the owners with a grace till July 8, the date of a hearing session that is to be held in Beit El Military Court in order to apply for the needed permits.

Kafr ad Dik – An Overview:
It benefits from a strategic location, being located 35 km to the south east of Nablus, 35 km to the north west of Ramallah, and 13 km to the west of Salfit. Its total area is around 16000 dunums that are surrounded by numerous by-pass roads and three Israeli colonies which are strangling the town.
