Faraj Na’asan from the village told LRC:
“We were shocked in Monday when the occupation closed the western entrance of the village, which imposed unneeded difficulties on people of the village. The closure however is beneficial to Israeli colonists who try to take over Al-Mughayyir plain lands in the western part of the village , farmers presence at their lands hinders their schemes , so closures is the only way to get rid of Palestinian farmers and impose realities on the ground.”
In 2000 , the occupation forces closed off the village entrance , the closure continued until 2012, after opening the road, the occupation planted a military watch tower at the location, and the occupation close the road off every now and then.
