Wednesday , August 5th 2020 , colonists illegally opened roads on farmlands in the Palestinian town of Dura.
According to eyewitnesses, in August 4th 2020 , illegal colonists brought three excavators and a bulldozer to the illegal colony of Negohot which is built on lands confiscated from Fuqaiqis village, and in August 5th 2020 at 1:00 after midnight the machineries started opening the roads on Palestinians’ farmlands.

The machineries were taken to “Umm Hathoura” area northwest fuqaiqis village to carry out the excavation , noting that two roads were being opened at the same time , one of them started at the valley all the way to the mountain top , and the other was opening a road in alongside the water flaw way at the valley , while the bulldozer was leveling the roads.

The landowners heard loud voices coming from the valley at midnight , but as they know well that Israeli colonists are always armed they were afraid to go down to see what is happening.
In the next morning, One of the owners Bajes Odeh (60) said that he headed to his plot and saw an excavator and five colonists working in the plot, He called the Israeli Police , the police asked to talk to one of the colonists on the phone where they apparently told them to withdrew from the plot , they left right after the phone call.
The next day , Owners of the targeted lands went to the Israeli Police station in the “Kiryat Arba’a” illegal colony and filed a complaint.

The targeted lands are in Natural Block 4 in Umm Hathwa area , and In natural block 21 of Fuqaiqis village , and belong to:
- Heirs of Ahmed Oudeh: They own 50 dunums at the area , colonists opened a 300 m road on their plot.
- Heirs of ‘Abdullah Ghannam: They own 100 dunums at the area , colonists opened a 800 road on their plot.
The owners pointed out that they hold Legal Papers prove they own the land.
