Description:
January 16th 2020 , the Israeli occupation authorities demolished a house that belong to Hussain Raba’i , on the pretext of building without licenses.
Raba’i (38 years) said that he was shocked of an army force from the building and organization department , two bulldozers and workers from an Israeli civilian company that raided Ar-Rafaiya village , encircled his house, the workers took out some of his properties , before the machineries leveled the structure to the ground.

The owner and his wife tried to get inside the house before the demolition and take some of their personal properties out , but the occupation forces attacked them , and arrested two relatives who tried to defend them.
Reportedly , the house is built of bricks and concreted cement , with an area of (120 m2 ) and consists of three rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom , that was built in 2016, and inhabited in 2017 , the targeted house was a home for a family of (6) , with (4) children.
It was also reported that The occupation forces stole (5 thousand Shekels) from the house during the operation, after they prohibited the owners from entering the house and taking the properties out.
Raba’i said that the occupation authorities targeted his house with halt of work orders in the past on the pretext of building without licenses , he prepared a legal file with his ownership deeds and hired a lawyer to object on the military orders and follow up the case in the Israeli court, but the occupation authorities rarely gives construction permits to Palestinians , and always has unrealistic claims to carry out a demolition.
Noteworthy, The occupation authorities demolished a house belong to Hussain Raba’i in 2014 , also at the same operation, they demolished a house for his brother and other agricultural facilities in the area.
