Early on thursday, 11 December 2017 , Al- Hadidiya residents woke up on the voices of the occupation machines while penetrating the town, The occupation forces declared the town a closed military zone before they started demolishing 3 residents , an agricultural baracks and an agricultural tent under the allegation of building without permissions.
It is worth mentioning that the occupation didn't give Al-Bsharat family time to take out any of their properties or clothes and destroyed the residents and agricultural constructions and everything inside them.
Omar Aref Al-Bsharat(56) owner of the constructions , told LRC observer: (( I have been living in Al-Hadidiya for more than 25 years, cattle breeding is the families' source of income, the Family consists of his three wives and 8 sons , 4 of them are children, And I had another one who is a martyr in the second Intifada (Al Aqsa) 2001.
Even though I have legal Tabu( Ottoman document proves that a person owns a land) , the occupation demolished my residents and barns 5 times since 2001, In the middle of 2017, I got a precautionary decree from what is so called the Israeli supreme court to stop the demolition of my construction, as I am working on getting the permissions to build and documents that prove I own the land . But this morning I was completely surprised when the occupation forces came by and completely destroyed my properties without notice, and my family were expelled outside under the heat of the day and the extreme cold of the night.
