Details:
By the end of the current year, the occupation escalated the displacement plans and demolitions on residential and agricultural structures in the Bedouin communities spreading all over the West Bank. As a result, tens of Bedouin families were forced to leave their residences, becoming homeless out in the open.
The community of Arrab al-Jahhalin that resides in the area of Bier Yacoub, which aligns the village of Deir Ammar, north of Ramallah city was also under the targeting spot. At noon of 24/12/2013, a force of three military bulldozers and 10 jeeps of the occupation raided the community ,took advantage of the residents' absence(busy herding) and embarked demolitions on barns, tents and even the water network and electricity wires. The interiors of all structures remained under rubbles as a result. Residents became homeless after the collateral damage inflected on their community.
Photo1-6: the demolitions
Such scenes became familiar in the Palestinian territories where the executer and the judge are one: the Israeli occupation that has a main goal which is to displace people and to change facts on the ground. Sufferance, depravity, and poverty is what Palestinians get as a result. The following table explains the damage resulted by the demolitions:

It is indicated that the community of Arrab al-Jahhalin has originally roots in Bier es-Sab'a but the war of 1948 forced the residents to leave towards the area of south Hebron and then to the areas of the Palestinian Jordan Valley and other places in Ramallah and Tubas.
The population of the community is 60 people including 22 minors who live in there since 1996. Sheep herding is the main source of living and income for those residing the area.
By the end of November 2011, the occupation served the residents stop work orders under the pretext of unlicensed construction within area classified C according to Oslo Accords and of the community proximity to the bypass road, which leads to a number of colonies. On the 24/12/2013, the occupation leveled down the whole community as a result.
