Violation: demolitions of various structures
Date: 02/02/2015
Location: Qusra village/ Nablus governorate
Perpetrators: Israeli occupation army
Victims: three families
Details:
A massive force from the Israeli occupation accompanied by a military dozer on February 02, 2014 raided the southern part of Qusra village known as Kita' Kamel and embarked on demolishing structures. Noteworthy, the area is few meters away from Yish Kudish outpost.
Demolitions reached out two agricultural rooms that were built in 2013, a pool for rainwater catchment that was established in 2014 and some retaining walls. The chairman of Qusra village council told Land Research Center the following :
"the Israeli occupation claimed the two rooms unlicensed and that is why they were demolished but the actual reason as declared by the army commander is to stop the Palestinian expansion nearby the colony's periphery and protect colonists; this means sabotaging hundreds on agricultural dunums for the favor of tens of colonists who wreck havoc in the area".
Another targeting on the village:
In same time the occupation demolished the aforementioned structures in the southern part of the village, another force from the army demolished a 144m retaining wall, which is located in the eastern part of the village nearby Migdalim colony. The occupation justified the demolition under the pretext of the structure being without a permit.
