During the year 2022 , the Israel Government and the Israeli Civil Administration endorsed 158 plans to expand 78 Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank with an approval to construct 12,934 housing units on confiscated 14,983 dunums of the Palestinian land in the occupied West Bank (including East Jerusalem) territory.
