Description:
The Israeli occupation authorities served a halt of work notices for houses and agricultural facilities, on the pretext of building without licenses in Al-Khalidiya area , Yatta town in Hebron Governorate.
Affected citizens said that a vehicle belongs to the building and organization department, and an army force raided the area in March 29th 2022, the building inspector wrote the notices, hanged them on the buildings and facilities, and took pictures of them before withdrawing.
The Israeli Occupation authorities issued three final demolition notices , in addition to two halt of work notices:
First : Final demolition orders: The occupation authorities ordered the immediate demolition of the intended facilities, on the pretext of building without a license , and threatened to demolish the structure in 7 days in case the owner failed to carry out the demolition , they also threatened to charge the owners with demolition costs. the targeted structures belong to citizens:
- Citizen Ahmed Raba’e:
Raba’e received demolition order number (61662) which targets his agricultural-services structure built since 2020 of bricks and steal sheets, with a total area of (60 m2) .

- Citizen Mahmoud Raba’e:
Received demolition order number (61663) which targets a cement retaining wall (150 m * 2 m), that surround a plot planted with olive saplings and almonds (1 dunum).

- Citizen Khaleel Raba’e :
Received demolition order number (61664) which targets a cattle barn , with a total area of 1000 m2 , built since 2020 , and used as a barn.

In December 19th 2020 , the occupation authorities demolished house of citizen Khaleel Raba’e (280 m2) , and consists of two floors , one of them is an apartment with a total area of 150 m2, and the other one is a barn with a total area of 130 m2.
Noteworthy, the occupation authorities had served halt of work notices for the facilities in August 17th 2021, the owners prepared the legal files and filed for licenses , they also hired a lawyer to submit an objection on each of the cases. However, the occupation authorities refused the objections and issued final demolition orders.
Second: Halt of Work notices:
The occupation authorities ordered the immediate stoppage of construction works on the pretext of building without a license , and sat April 11th 2022 , as the date of the inspection subcommittee which will take place in Beit El military court to decide the fate of the structure:
- Citizen Ahmed Raba’e: He received a halt of work notice number (40453) , which targets a cement wall about (150 m * 2 m) , that surrounds a plot with a total area of 1200 m2. Noting that the plot contains an agricultural services building that composes of stones and steal sheets ceiling (70 m2).
