Description:
In February 27th 2020, the Israeli occupation authorities demolished citizens houses and barns in Masafer Yatta south Hebron , on the pretext of building without licenses.
In the early morning hours, a massive army force accompanied by the building and organization department “the civil administration” , and a caterpillar bulldozer went to Isfi Al-Fouqa village in the eastern area of Masafer Yatta , and demolished two agricultural facilities.
The occupation forces raided Isfi Al-Fouqa area and demolished the following facilities:
- An agricultural barracks built of steel sheets that belong to ‘Izzat Awad and has a total area of (100 m2), that was used as a barn, the owner has a herd of (110) heads of sheep, that he built in his own in 2020, in February 20th 2020, the occupation authorities demolished and removed a facility on the pretext of building without licenses , the occupation authorities gave the owner 96 hours to implement the demolition , after the period ended , the occupation implemented the notice and carried on the demolition.

- A cattle barn built of bricks and owned by Othman ‘Awad, the owner built it in 2020 to use it in cattle breeding, Othman has a herd of 50 cattle heads , the barn is 30 m2 and it was granted through a project implemented by Land Research Center and Ma’an development center , the occupation had targeted the barn with a (96) hours removal notice.

Demolishing a house in Al-Mafqara:
In the same context, the occupation authorities raided the western area of Masafer Yatta , towards “She’ab Forsa” south Al-Mufqara , and demolished a house that belong to Ahmad Hamamda , it was built of steel sheets early 2020, with a total area of (30 m2).
The occupation forces surrounded the house, a few members entered the house and got some properties out , then the bulldozer carried on the demolition. The targeted house was inhabited by a family of 3, 1 of them is a child.
The occupation authorities targeted the house with “a removal and demolition” notice issued in February 20th 2020.

Demolishing a house in Ar-Rakeez village:
The occupation forces headed to Ar-Rakeez village , close to At-Tawani , and targeted a house that belong to Mohamed Abu ‘Aram, the occupation forces showed up with a bulldozer and leveled the structure to the ground.
The occupation demolished a house built of bricks , and has an area of 70 m2, it was supposed to be a home for a family of (9 ), among them (5) children.
The occupation authorities targeted the house with “a removal and demolition” order issued in February 20th 2020.

The occupation demolished the targeted houses and facilities under “removal of new buildings” notices, these are new type of notices based on military order (1797) issued in 2018, that target newly constructed buildings and facilities.
The occupation is heavily targeting newly constructed buildings , while the supreme court refuses any petition filed by Palestinians against this kind of notices . On the other hand, the occupation authorities implements the notices only 96 hours after they are issued.
