Wednesday, IOF broke into Khirbet Jamrura where they uprooted fruitful trees and destroyed water cisterns and filled them with rocks and dirt.
Affected citizen, Dr Ali Fatafta told LRC observer:
(in Wednesday, one of the farmers in Khirbet Jamrura called me to tell me that IOF are ravaging my piece of land and surrounding lands, he explained that a border guards patrol, civil administration white vehicle and a yellow bulldozer entered my property ravaged it , uprooted trees and destroyed water cisterns and filled it with rocks and soil)

Fatafta added that He and other affected citizens did not receive notices or military orders from the occupation.
Affected citizens are:
- Dr Ali Awad Fatafta: The occupation ravaged a (9 dunums) piece of land, and destroyed a (90 m3) cistern, citizen Fatafta bought this land in 2014, and reclaimed it through an agricultural project guaranteed by an institution that provides helping projects for farmers, hoping that he will cultivate it with trees to be an income source for his family that consists of 6 members , 4 of them are children.
- Dr Mohammad Kamel Ja'afreh: The occupation ravaged (2 dunums) piece of land, and destroyed a (77 m3) cistern, uprooted 30 olive trees, (30) almond trees , this agricultursl project was a source of income for his family that consists of 8 members, 4 of them are children, citizen Ja'afreh bought this land in 2014 and reclaimed it for cultivation in his own expenses.
- Hssain Jaber Al–Assafra: The occupation ravaged his (4 dunums)piece of land, destroyed a (70 m3) cistern, uprroted 50 olive trees some of them were planted 6 years ago, citizen Al-Assafra bought this land in 2011.
Khirbet Jamrura lies east Hebron governorate, surrounded by Beit Kahil and Tarqumiy (east), Beit Ula (north), Idhna (south) and in the east the occupation established a quarry on citizen's devoured lands and a crossing point to the occupied territories in 1948, (Tarqumiya commercial crossing point)

In the south sides of Khirbet Jamrura resides number of citizens from Al-Natah family, the occupation had forcedly transferred them from their homes to establish Tarqumiya commercial crossing point after demolishing their homes and farms, and they now live in Khirbet Jamrura.

Legal feedback:
The constringing policy by the Israel occupation authorities towards the Palestinian civilians of destroying lands and properties can only be regarded as a violation of international conventions and agreements like:
- Article 147 of Geneva fourth convention: "taking of hostages and extensive destruction and appropriation of property, not justified by military necessity and carried out unlawfully and wantonly. Is a clear violation of the convention".
- Article 53 of Geneva fourth convention 1948 : " Any destruction by the Occupying Power of real or personal property belonging individually or collectively to private persons, or to the State, or to other public authorities, or to social or cooperative organizations, is prohibited, except where such destruction is rendered absolutely necessary by military operations."
- Article 33 of Geneva fourth convention: "No protected person may be punished for an offence he or she has not personally committed."
- Article 32 of Hague convention 1907 part g: "To destroy or seize the enemy's property, unless such destruction or seizure be imperatively demanded by the necessities of war".
- Article 17 of Universal declaration of human right Dec- 1948: " No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property. "
