Details:
Israel's Occupation Forces demolished on June 04, 2017 eleven charcoal workshops in Ya'bad town. Damage was inflected on two barracks and 81 tons of charcoal. Not only, the attacking force confiscated 147 tons of charcoal and wood and moved them to the nearby colony of Mevodotan, in addition to damaging 23 tons of wood that were prepared for the charcoal making process. The workshops belong to 11 families consisting of 82 members including 23 minors. Also, the establishments provide living for almost 34 Palestinian families. A similar attack occurred on April 2017 where the occupation demolished a number of charcoal workshops and confiscated tons of it .

About Ya’bad village:
The village is located 18 km to the west of Jenin governorate. It is edged by the villages of Al-Khiljan, Al-Tarm, Al-Araqa, Imraiha and Khirbet Mas’oud, Zabda from the north, Qaffin village from the west, Al-Qaffriat village from the east and Arraba, Al-Nazla Al-Sharqiya and Baqa Al-Sharqiya from the south. With a total land area of 29572 dunums, of which 1814 dunums are the built-up area, Ya’bad is inhabited by 13640 people (2007). The occupation confiscated 1840 dunums from Ya’bad; the confiscation is clarified as follows:
