A group of Price Tag colonists sneaked on November 20, 2015 into Al-Mazra’a Al-Gharbiya village in an attempt to set fire to a house and sabotage it. Noteworthy, the gangsters come from the outpost of Horsha that is relative to Talmon colony.
It should be marked that the group arrived to the targeted area at 3:45 at dawn and hurled Molotov cocktails in the basement of a house. Other gangsters went to the neighboring house, broke its windows and threw a Molotov cocktail inside. Colonists fled the scene after residents knew of their presence in the area. Before they had left, colonists wrote hatred-inciting slogans that translate “Death to Arabs” in addition to the name of the gang “Price Tag” on the walls of the targeted houses.

It is reported that the attacked house belongs to Citizen Mohammad Abu Qar’, the residence is home for 6 members including 4 children and is of 185m2 in area. Additionally, the house was built sixteen years ago.
Noteworthy, the Price Tag gang has been active for over five years throughout historic Palestine; specifically the West Bank and Jerusalem areas. During that time, tens of attacks and violations were reported to be carried out by those people. Attacks and violations were represented in torching, sabotaging and destroying Palestinian properties.
The same gang was reported to torch the family of Al-Dawabshih, south Nablus city while asleep on July 31, 2015. The parents (Sa’d and Riham) and the kid (Ali) died as a result where (Ahmad) the only survivor is still receiving medical care after sustaining third degree burns.
A black day was when the Price Tag colonists poured gasoline into the stomach of kid Mohmmad Au Khadir and burned him alive on July 2014.
According to the data of the Palestinian Authority, more than 11,000 attacksviolations were carried out by colonists in different areas of the West Bank since the year of 2004. Attacks were represented in torching, sabotaging and desecrating churches and mosques in addition to lands, properties. Also, humans were targeted as well.
No investigations have been conducted in regard to the aforementioned attacks. Instead, the Israeli occupation authorities and army gave the green light to colonists to go to the extreme. Ironically, the Israeli army demolishes houses on the claim of “Security of Israel” in the same time colonists kill innocent Palestinians under the protection and watchful eye of the occupation troops.
About Al-Mazra’a Al-Gharbiya:
It is located 12km to the northwest of Ramallah city. The village is edged by Abu Shkeidim area from the north, Talmon colony from the west, Abu Qash village from the east, and Ein Qiniya village from the south.
The village has a total land area of 15,275 dunums, of which 1165 dunums are the built-up area. Around 5000 people inhabit the village (2014).
The Israeli occupation confiscated around 329 dunums from the village’s lands to establish the colonies of Nahliel (1984) and the colony of Talmon (1989).
Also, the bypass road number 450 confiscated 75 dunums from the village.
According to Oslo lands classifications, the village lands are as follows:
- 8533 dunums are area classified “B”
- 6742 dunums are area classified “C”
