Hajj Hayil Bsharat told a researcher from Land Research Center the following:
“A massive force from the Israeli occupation army accompanied by a staff from the Civil Administration on August09, 2015 raided the area of Buseila Al Tahta, notified the whole community of demolition and gave the residents a 10 day deadline to evict the area”.
It should be marked that Bsharat family resides the area since 30 years ago; agriculture and animals husbandry are the family’s only source of income, taking into account that citizen Mahmoud was born in the area.
Hayil’s residence has been demolished four times over the past ten years under the claim of “unlicensed construction”, taking into consideration that the targeted area is only 300m away from Al Hamra military camp.
