Violation: The Israeli forces expand the circumference of a military tower
Location: Beit Ummar town- Hebron governorate
Date: 08/06/2014
Perpetrators: The Israeli occupation forces
Victims: People of Beit Ummar
Details:
On Sunday morning, June 08, the Israeli occupation forces embarked on digging a hole near the military tower set up at the entrance of Beit Ummar town in order to expand the circumference of the tower.
The Israeli soldiers brought a digger to make a hole and cement blocks and wires to place around the circumference of the tower.
The soldiers then closed the iron gate at the entryway of the town and indulged in work near the tower. They banned people and vehicles from entering or existing Beit Ummar for an hour which led people to search for alternative roads.
The Israeli occupation did a similar thing in Beit Awwa, west of Hebron, where it expanded another military tower. To read more, kindly check the following link out: https://poica.org/details.php?Article=3950
