Details:
The so-called Construction and Planning Committee of the Israeli occupation delivered military orders to Arab Abu-Zayed gathering in Jericho. The orders gave people last chance to protest against the final demolition orders for a number of residential and agricultural structures in the Bedouin gathering. The only mosque in the gathering was also threatened to be demolished as well as 2 electric poles and 6 residential and agricultural structures that belong to 6 Bedouin families.
The targeted structures were threatened of demolition before in January, 2011. But the inhabitants of the Bedouin gathering could convince the Israeli Supreme Court to rule to their favor in February 2001 to stop demolition. Despite the ruling, the Israeli occupation delivered demolition orders to the same structures in January, 2013.
And on 13/08/2013, the Israeli occupation gave a last chance to any protests before embarking on demolishing the structures. The table gives general information about the threatened structures in Arab Abu-Zayed:

Arab Zayed:
It is located to the north of Jericho. Its population is 350 people. Arab Abu Zayed lies within an area classified C according to Oslo Accords; it is under full Israeli authority. Palestinian people who live in this area have to ask for permits from the Israeli Civil Administration if they want to build. But getting a permit is almost impossible while it is every easy for colonists to get permits to build and expand.
To the north eastern side of Arab Zayed, there is an Israeli military base that devours 670 dunums of Al-Noayma village. The bas has hindered the expansion of the Bedouin gathering. Arab Zayed lacks basic services like water extensions, sewerage service, telephone and electricity extensions.
Arab Abu Zayed originally come from Negev in the 1948 occupied land. After being forced to leave Negev, they roamed in the West Bank. They distributed themselves in Bedouin gatherings all over the West Bank.
