- Violation: Closing an agricultural road that connects Yasof village with agricultural lands to the west of it

On 16/03/2013, Yasof village witnessed a new wave of attack targeting the Palestinian existence in their land where they have been brought up. A group of colonists, in cooperation with the Israeli occupation, raided plains to the west of Yasof village where they tried to expel farmers plowing their lands.
Later on the same day, the Israeli occupation army blockaded the main agricultural road connecting Yasof with most of its west land whose area is no less than 400 dunums planted with olive and almond trees. The blockade was done by installing a closed iron gate.

As a result of closing the road, farmers now have a difficulty in reaching to their isolated agricultural land. It is noteworthy to know that the lands are a target for greedy colonists who want to build outposts subsidiary to "Tafouh" colony in the place and thus change its geographical features.
Information about "Kfar Tafouh" colony:
"Tafouh" colony was founded on Yasof village lands. The colonists are fanatic religious followers of "Ma’er Kahana" who was murdered in the USA a few years ago. Kahana’s followers call for expelling Palestinian Arabs from their land. The area of the colony is about 233 dunums and it includes an Israeli army camp in addition to a residual building. "Kfar Tafouh" was built in 1982 and was neighbored by two outpost in 2000 and they are:
- "Rahalem B" located south of Yasof village
- "Tabouh" located east of Yasof
Both outposts confiscated 100 dunums of the village .
Information about Yasof village:
The village is south of Nablus and north of Selfit. The village is populated by 1621 people. The area of the village is 8550 dunums, 300 of which is subject to the Israeli colonial activity like building colonies on the lands of Yasof. "Tafouh" colony, for example, which was built in 1982 confiscated about 200 dunums of the village land. And the two outposts around it confiscated about 100 dunums.
