Violation: stop-work and evacuation orders.

Details:
On October 31, 2012, the Israeli Occupation Authorities issued a number of stop-work and evacuation orders for properties in Al Wahadeen area in Surif. Mohammad al Qadi, the owner, said that officers of the Israeli Occupation Civil Administration accompanied by Israeli troops broke into the area before placing the orders on the designated lands and structures. He said that he headed to the Society of Saint Yves to seek legal assistance.
Military order:
1- Order 151087, entitled ‘stop-work order’ was issued against 3 structures on the pretext of unlicensed construction. the order set November 22, 2012, as the date of a hearing session before the Inspection Subcommittee to decide on what was described as ‘demolition or returning to the status quo’.

2- Order 151088 entitled ‘stop-work order’ issued against a 150-m3-cistern which was built in 2012 under a project by FAO. The cistern has been used for agricultural purposes. the order set November 22, 2012, as the date of a hearing session before the Inspection Subcommittee to decide on what was described as ‘demolition or returning to the status quo’.

3- Order 1058 entitled ‘evacuation order’ demanded from the owner the evacuation of the designated plot, according to the enclosed aerial photograph, within forty five days of the order’s date. The order was issued by the Israeli Occupation Army which claimed that the targeted plot is ‘state property’.

The targeted plot is 7 dunums in area. It was rehabilitated in 2008 and was planted with 100 prunes and 50 olive trees.
