Rejection of the organizational plan:
Coherently, on June 19, 2012, the Israeli Supreme Court Rejected the new organizational plan which was presented by the village council. In May, 2007, the Israeli Organization and Construction Committee modified the village’s organizational plan to exclude around 80 % of the village residences. Consequently, 25 residences face the danger of expulsion. The Israelis have been brushing aside any suggestions to change or expand the plan. According to the village council, 60 structures in the villages have already receive such orders including the village’s mosque, kindergarten, etc.
