Halt of Work Order for a house in Al-Majed village / southwest Hebron

Description:

Saturday, September 3rd 2021 , the Israeli Occupation Authorities Served halt of work notices on the pretext of building without a license, in Al-Majed village west Dura / Hebron Governorate.

Affected citizen said that he found the notice hanged on a window at his house , the notice was entitled 31875 , issued by the Civil Administration – Building and Organization commission , and ordered the immediate stoppage of construction works on the pretext of building without a license.

Notice number 31875 which targets house of Citizen Khaleel Masharqa

According to the notice, the occupation authorities sat October 20th 2021 , as the date of the inspection subcommittee in Beit El military court to decide the fate of the structures.

Masharqa built the house on a land he had inherited from his father in “Khallet Jado’a” area east the village . The construction started in 2021 , and the house is still under construction . the house has a total area of (100 m2) about two floors , and supposed to be a home for a family of 8 , 6 of them are children.

Al-Majed village – Dura town:

Al-Majed village has a population of 3000 people , located west Dura , and most of its people work in agriculture, public services, commerce, or workers behind the green line in “Israel” . Al-Majed is blocked by the annexation and expansion wall (west) which devoured vast areas of lands from the village.
