Agricultural Structure demolished in Aj-Jumjuma north Halhul / Hebron governorate

Description:

Monday November 23rd 2020, the Israeli Occupation authorities demolished an under construction house belong to Hamdi ‘Ebaido on the pretext of building without a license in Aj-Jumjuma north east Halhul.

‘Ebaido (53) said that in November 22nd 2020 , he found a notice pasted on a structure in his plot , the notice was entitled “Removal of a new building” issued in November 15th 2020 and ordered demolishing the building , according to the notices , the occupation authorities will implement the notice and demolish the building within 96 hours following issuing the notice.

‘Ebaido went to a legal aid institution, but the occupation authorities carried out the demolition before completing the legal file.

‘Ebaido who supports a family of 8 , owns a two-dunums plot in Aj-Jumjuma , the plot contains  fruitful trees , and during summer of 2020 ‘Ebaido started building a residence at his plot , the building was supposed to be 120 m2, but the occupation authorities issued a demolition and removal notice for the building.

The Occupation authorities referred to military order (1797) issued in 2018 and targets under construction buildings inhabited since less than a month , the occupation authorities also implemented several demolition operations targeting houses and facilities around the West Bank , while it rejects any objections for these notices.
