Monday, April 6th 2020, the Israeli Occupation Forces demolished an industrial facility on the pretext of building without licenses in Qilqis south Hebron.
About 9:00 am, Massive army forces accompanied by bulldozers raided the area of Injasa north Qilqis , surrounded the targeted facility , and used electric tools to dismantle it and confiscated its components.
Reportedly, the targeted facility is built of zinc sheets set up on metal columns, and has a total area of 350 m2.
The targeted structure was built in early 2020, and used as a store for trading car parts.
Owner Abu Snainah told LRC that he hadn’t receive previous notices before the demolition , the occupation forces showed up and carried out the operation, then gave the owner three confiscation reports stating that the properties are retained in Beit El settlement , the occupation also gave a halt of work notice for a Baton floor.

On one hand, The Occupation authorities referred to “Transmitting goods and mobile buildings low” to dismantle the facility, and confiscate its parts.
On the other hand, the occupation authorities referred to The Jordanian cities, villages and buildings laws to give a halt of work notice leveling to demolish the baton floor.
