Description:
Nasser Nawaj’ah(37) was injured in his foot and hand after an Israeli illegal settler released his mad dog on him inn Umm Al-‘Amd area .
Nawaj’ah who works in B’TSELEM in settlers’ violations monitoring section said that a farmer from Al-Muraqa family asked his company to cultivate his land as he was worried from settlers’ attack.
Muraqa rented a farm tractor and headed to his land in 12/1/2019 with Nawaj’ah, after a while a settler showed up grabbing 3 mad dogs.
The settler started yelling at Nawaj’ah and asking him to stop filming then released one of his dogs, the dog mauled Nawaj’ah who was later taken to Yatta governmental hospital for medical treatment.
Noteworthy, Bassam Muraqa owns a 400 dunums land , and was attacked several times by “Otniel” radical settlers.
