To the east of Tubas governorate, the Israeli Occupation Authorities issued stop-work and demolition orders that targeted Yarza and Al-Ras Al-Ahmar hamlets, Sahel Al-Bikai'a area and Al-Aqaba village. The occupation authorities aim at pressuring the residents of the area to push them out of it as part of a plan to forcibly displace indigenous people and empty the area.
1. Demolition order on water supply pipeline :
Israeli Occupation Forces accompanied by the inspector of Planning and Construction Committee- Israel Civil Administration raided on February 10, 2017 the area of Sahel Al- Bikai'a and delivered a demolition order on water supply pipeline. The pipeline implemented by Al-Furat Agriculture Co. is of 1200 meters in length and 6 inches in radius. The pipeline provides the farms (120 dunums) relative to the company with water.
The order number 391998 gave the affected owner of the pipeline Muwafaq and Moayad Daraghmah a seven day deadline to dismantle the pipeline. Noteworthy, the occupation previously served the affected people a stop-work order on the same pipeline on June 28, 2016.
It should be noted that Al-Furat Co. exports hundreds of tons of vegetables to Jordan and local Palestinian markets. It provides tens of work opportunities for Palestinian families.

2. Demolition order on tents and agricultural barns
Israeli Occupation Forces served on February 10, 2017 demolition orders on two tents (60-45m2), sheep tent (90m2) and a 120 m2 barn that belong to citizen Rashed Bsharat in the area of AL-Ras Al-Ahmar. It should be noted that the tents shelter nine members including three children.
The order number 391996 gave the affected owner of structures a seven day deadline to dismantle them. Noteworthy, the occupation previously served the affected person a stop-work order on the same structures on June 28, 2016.

3. Stop-work order on agricultural fence:
Israeli Occupation Forces delivered a stop-work order on agricultural fence (260m) in Atuf village. The fence that surrounds the three dunum plot of farmer Mohammad Al-Absi was set up on January 10, 2017.
The order number 203723 targeting the fence gave the affected owner a deadline until February 02, 2017 to complete all licensing procedures. This comes in time with the hearing session of Planning and Construction Committee- Israel Civil Administration in the Israeli courts of Beit EL colony to consider the legal status of the notified structure.

4. Stop-work order on agricultural barrack:
Israeli Occupation Forces delivered on January 16, 2017 citizen Ali Masa'id a stop-work order, targeting his sheep barrack (90m2) founded in Yarza hamlet. Masa'id is reported to live off of sheep husbandry and is the head of six member family including one children.
The order number 203678 targeting the barrack gave the affected owner a deadline until February 08, 2017 to complete all licensing procedures. This comes in time with the hearing session of Planning and Construction Committee- Israel Civil Administration in the Israeli courts of Beit EL colony to consider the legal status of the notified structure.

5. Stop-work order on agricultural barrack in AL-Aqaba village:
Israeli Occupation Forces delivered on January 16, 2017 citizen Mohammad Dabak a stop-work order, targeting his agricultural barrack (120m2) that is still under construction . Dabak is reported to live off of sheep husbandry and is the head of ten member family.
The order number 201935 targeting the barrack gave the affected owner a deadline until February 08, 2017 to complete all licensing procedures.
