Israeli Occupation Authorities threatened on February 22, 2017 residences and agricultural structures of demolition in the area of Masafer Yatta in Hebron governorate.
Witnesses from the area said that a vehicle relative to Israel Civil Administration and two army patrols raided some villages of Masafer Yatta namely ( Al-Halawah, Al-Fakhit, Al-Mirkiz, Jinba, Safi and Bir Al-Ghawanmeh) and issued demolition order on agricultural and residential structures. The force took photos of the structures before they had left. Not only, the inspector of the force took photos of structures that are not targeted by the demolition orders.
The order entitled "additional opportunity to object to demolition" mentioned that Israeli Occupation Authorities served demolition orders on the same targeted structures in 2013-2015 and that owners did not object to them. The order claimed giving three day deadline for objection at time.
1. Al-Fakhit area demolition threats
The served orders targeted five agricultural wells in the area, which were established in the years 2013-2014 to be used as drinking water for cattle and for irrigation ends. The orders also targeted a tent and a barn that is seasonally used by a herder from the area. The following table shows information about the affected owners and structures:

It should be noted that the force inspector took photos of other untargeted structures that were later identified as the residence of Sari Abu Subha, Al-Fakhit school and a water well owned by Issa Ismeal Hammad.
2. Al-Halawah area demolition threats
Israeli Occupation Authorities delivered an order entitled "additional opportunity to object to demolition" that targeted the residence and structures of Ismael Abu Iram. The following table shows information about the targeted structures:

The Israeli Occupation Authorities also delivered citizen Khalil Abu Iram a stop-work order on a room that is built by concrete blocks and roofed with metal slaps. The room is home for 4 members including 2children; it is of 25m2 in area and was given by GVC organization after the family got their first residence demolished on February 2016.

3. Al-Mirkiz area demolition threats
Israeli Occupation Authorities served "additional opportunity to object to demolition" order on structures of citizen Mahmoud Najajreh. The following table illustrates information about the targeted structures:

4. Al-Ghawanmeh area demolition threats
Israeli Occupation Authorities targeted the residence of Issa Issam Ahmad with " additional opportunity to object to demolition" order. The order was served on a room (25m2) built in 2009 with funds from ACF organization to be home for 7 member family including 4 children.

Israeli Occupation Authorities also served an order targeting the village only clinic, which is a tent built in 2013 with funds from DisVi organization. Noteworthy, Israeli Occupation Authorities issued on August 06, 2013 an order to demolish the clinic.

It should also be noted that Israel Civil Administration took photos of other untargeted structures, which were later identified as the village's school and the residence of Halima Abu Iram.
The village council of Masafer Yatta area confirmed that Israeli Occupation Authorities raided Safi village and took photos for the residences of Abadallah and Mousa Makhamreh.

About Masafer Yatta:
Masafer Yatta has a total land area of 36,000 dunums that stretches to the borders of the occupied territories of 1948. It is comprised of 15 residential communities that are inhabited by 1606 people.
It should be noted that Masafer Yatta area is located within area classified "C" according to Oslo Accords, which is under full Israeli military and administrative control.
