Demolishing an under construction building in the neighborhood of Beit Hanina north of Jerusalem

 

The occupation municipality bulldozers demolished on November 02, 2016 a residential building owned by Thalji Suleiman in the neighborhood of Beit Hanina under the pretext of building without a permit. According to the family, the building consists of two floors (4 residential apartments where each is 120 square meters).

Suleiman explained that the family started construction 2 years ago and the occupation municipality issued a demolition order five months month under the pretext of building without a permit. The family was able to postpone the demolition several times in an attempt to license the building.

The family added that the municipality decided yesterday to postpone the demolition for two more months but surprisingly raided the area this morning and executed the demolition operation.
