  • Location:  Ein Yabrud village- Ramallah city
  • Date:  March 30, 2016

Details:

One week after opening the northeastern entrance of Ein Yabrud village, north Ramallah city, the Israeli Occupation Forces reclosed the entrance via metal gate on March 30, 2016.

It should be marked that the targeted road is considered a linking point between the village and the bypass road number 60. It is also considered as the main entrance of the village, serving the whole area and facilitating movement and travels of residents from and to the village.

Reportedly, Israeli Occupation Forces carry out closures on the claim of  "Security Purposes". In the same time, facility of movement and travels is given to colonists of the nearby colony of Ofra.

According to the field research of Land Research Center,  the entrance of Ein Yabrud village was closed three times in row with no previous warning or justifiable pretext.
