Details:

 The Israeli occupation authorities  served 25 stop-work orders on residences and structures in Yatta town under the claim of unlicensed construction.

The chairman of the local council Oudeh Najadih said that the orders were served in two stages; first of which was on January 18, 2015 where the second one was on February 03, 2015. It is reported that a staff from Israel Civil Administration raided the area on those dates and issued the orders at time.

First : orders served on January 18, 2015 :

The Israeli occupation authorities served 12 stop-work orders on that date under the pretext of building without a permit. February 12, 2015 was assigned as the hearing session for Inspection Sub-Committee in the Israeli court of Beit El to consider the status of the notified structures. The following table lists information about the affected citizens and structures :

About Khirbet al-Daqiqa :

It is 20 km to the southeastern part of Yatta village within the so-known as Masafer Yatta; al-Daqiqa has a total population of 350 people, working in agriculture and sheep grazing.

The village is connected to power via solar panels that number around 23 cells; it accommodates a primary school( first to fourth grade) , a mosque that was previously served a stop-work order and a clinic that is founded in a tent.
