Violation: serving stop work orders on structures

Details:
The Israeli authorities served on November 19th 2014 stop work orders on seven residences in the area of Um al-Khair, east of Yatta village/ Hebron governorate under the pretext of unlicensed construction.
It is reported that Israel Civil Administration raided the area and handed out the orders for the residences owners. Orders mentioned that residences were constructed without a permit. December 15th 2014 was set as the Inspection Sub-Committee session in the court of Beit El to consider the status of the notified structures
Land Research Center documented the Israeli violations Um al-Khair underwent during 2014 as follows:
- Karmiel colonists target a traditional oven "Tabun" (Ar, Eng)
- Troops of the Israeli occupation ban shepherds from accessing pastures (Ar, Eng)
- Stop work order on a fence surrounding a plot in Um al-Khair (Ar, Eng)
- Final removal order on a fence surrounding a plot in Um al-Khair (Ar, Eng)
- The Israeli occupation demolishes residences in Um al-Khair (Ar, Eng)
