Details:

On 92/01/2014, the authorities of the Israeli occupation served stop work orders on two houses of which one is inhabited and the other is still under construction in the area of Wadi Aziz, west of Idna in Hebron governorate.

Citizen Mohammad Zoughayer asserted that: “the Civil Administration accompanied by the occupation army hanged the orders on houses and then took photos of the place before they had left”.

The order included that the houses were “unlicensed” and requested immediate termination of construction. The 19/02/2014 was assigned for the Inspection Sub-Committee court session in Beit El to consider the status of the structures.

The orders mentioned that the owners could show the licensing papers in case they obtained them orand could show a licensing application, taking into consideration that showing those papers might not be sufficient to be given a permit. The following table shows the threatened citizens:

It should be marked that the occupation has escalated notifying peoples’ structures in the town of Idna since 2014. Manny houses and facilities have been served stop work and demolition orders in the western part of the town, which is an overpopulated area.
