Stop- construction orders for agricultural structures in Tubas

 

  • Violation: threatening people to stop working and building in 5 residences, 12 animal barns, 2 agricultural rooms and 17 dunums of agricultural land

On 02/08/2013, the so-called Planning and Construction Committee of the Israeli occupation delivered orders to 11 Bedouin families from Einon, east of Tuas. The orders stated that these structures were unlicensed in an area classified C according to Oslo.
 
The Israeli occupation gave the people a respite until 19/08/2013. The same date for the committee meeting in Beit Eil colony. It is worth noting that the Israeli occupation hanged the orders on walls near the threatened structures and did not deliver them in the hands of the targeted people. Einon is 4km east to Tubas. Bedouin families live in Einon where they lead a primitive lifestyle and depend on sheep grazing and agriculture as sources of income. Now most of the agricultural lands in Einon are considered closed military zone.
