Perpetrators: the so-called Organization and Construction Committee – the Israeli Occupation Army.
Victims: 11 Palestinian families (66 people including 33 children).

Details:

On May 6, 2013, officers of the so-called Organization and Construction Committee broke into Dier Nizam village and handed 11 Palestinian families stop-work orders for their residences which are located nearby Halmish colony. Most of the targeted residences were built in the 1970s but some amendments were made in recent years which triggered the Israeli orders.

Head of Deir Nizam Village Council remarked: "the locals are concerned that the recent wave of military orders are a step towards the expansion of Halmish on the expense of these families; knowing that some of the residences are adjacent to the colony security fence. The owners were given till July 7, 2013 to respond to the orders and apply for construction licenses which is the date of a hearing session to be held in Beit El Military Court in regard to the residences.
