On March 13, 2013, the Israeli Occupation Authorities handed Basel Amr a stop-work order for a residence, a cistern and a barn located on the edge of Adh Dhariyya road in Dura. The order claimed that the structures were built ‘illegally’ and lacked a construction license; it demanded from the owner immediate stoppage of any construction. The order also set April 13, 2013 as a date of the hearing session to be held in beit El Military Court to decide on ‘demolition or maintaining status quo’.
