Nidal did not stay happy for long as the house he started to build seven months ago received a warning. The house is located in north of ‘Azzun village near the proposed location of the Apartheid Wall. On 29/03/2013, the so-called Planning and Construction Committee sent an order for Nidal asking him to stop building his house which is under construction on the pretext of not having the needed construction permit obtained at the Israeli Civil Administration office which gives the legitimacy of building in an area classified C according to Oslo

The Israeli occupation gave Nidal a respite until April 2013 to obtain the permit. And a meeting for the Planning and Construction Committee will be held in the same month in Beit El to discuss the status of the house. Nidal Ahmad assured an LRC observe that he is "a victim of the administrative partitions. For before he started building, he asked for a permit at Qalqiliya Local Authority Department as he thought his house is located in an area classified B according to Oslo. After obtaining the permit, he was surprised at being informed by the Israeli Inspection Committee that his house is located in area C."
 
Ahmad’s house is 220 m2 in area and is supposed to be 2 stories. ‘Azzun in Qalqiliya is one of the most targeted areas by the Israeli occupation. According to the village council, the Israeli occupation sent people of ‘Azzun 49 demolition or stop-construction orders and 14 structures were demolished so far.
