Violation: stop-work order for a 20-m2 shack.

Location: Al Thagra area in al Khader – Bethlehem.

Perpetrators: the Israeli Occupation Civil Administration, the Inspection Subcommittee.

Victim: Uthman Ghneim.

 

Details:

 

On January 2, 2013, the Israeli Occupation Civil Administration issued a stop-work order for a shack with a total area of 20 m2. The order was found thrown in the land where the shack stood. Te shack was built to be used as a store for tools and equipment.

 

The same shack was demolished twice before but the Ghneim brothers insisted on rebuilding it in order to preserve their right granted by the fact that they have Ottoman deeds proving their and their father before ownership of the targeted plot.
