Details:

On December 17, 2012, the Israeli Occupation Army issued a confiscation order for 3 dunums of agricultural lands, property of the heirs of Ibrahim Ghneim. The order, issued by the Israeli Occupation Army – Israeli Occupation Civil Administration of Judea and Samaria, demanded the owner to evacuate the land and return to the status quo within 45 days.

The order was found by Ahmad Salah, the Coordinator of the Wall Resistance Committee, on December 27, 2012 while being in a tour to the areas surrounding Israeli colonies. The purpose of the order, according to a member of Al Khader Municipality is the expansion of Elazer colony.

The area has been subject to numerous aggressions committed by colonial groups led by Nadia Matar [1]; recently, colonists planted the area with olives, placed benches, and raised the Israeli flags all around.
