Violation: eviction orders for 34 families in Tana.
Date: November 7, 2012.
Location: Tana and al Juwana to the east of Beit Furik – Nablus.
Details:
On November 7, 2012, a large Israeli force broke into the nomads dwellings of Tana and Al Juwana where they handed the locals an eviction notice to leave their residences within 48 hours. The Israelis said that the Israeli Army will carry out large scale skirmishes in the area.
Such orders will have drastic effects on the Palestinian’s lives as 34 families (234 people including 92 children) will be homeless in addition to the destruction of 38 residences and 34 barns. Surely, such evictions are intended for capturing more Palestinian lands and putting unchangeable facts on the ground.

Tana is located 8 km to the east of Beit Furik; it has been targeted tens of times by the Israeli Occupation Army and colonists, especially those living in the nearby colony of Mikhula.
The village has been wiped off several times in the last couple of years; it seems that the Israelis will never stop unless they finally break the residents and force them to leave.
