Violation: stop-work order for agricultural structures.

Location: Atous – Beit Ulla / Hebron.

Perpetrators: the Israeli Occupation Civil Administration.

Details:

 

The Israeli Occupation Civil Administration issued a stop-work order for an agricultural structure and a cistern, property of Mousa Ajarma of Beit Ulla. Order 151080, entitled ‘Stop-work Order’ was handed on October 14, 2012 and demanded immediate stoppage of any work in the facility.

 

The order also set October 23, 2012 as the date of a hearing session to be held before the so-called Inspection Subcommittee to decide on what was described as ‘demolition or returning to the status quo’.

Mr. Ajarma said that he was present at the hearing session in Beit El and the Court decided to delay the ruling till November 4, 2012 in order to give him a further chance to provide the needed documents. However, on November 4, he received a ‘final warning’ and gave him a month to object to the order.
