Details:

 

On October 18, 2012, the Israeli Occupation Army handed Adel Darghma (64) an order demanding the immediate dismantle of his  residence, facing the same fate of numerous families who resided in the area. the order is designated for 2 residential structures with a total area of 60 m2, the structures are inhabited by 11 people, including 7 children. It also targets 3 barns, 40 m2 each.

 

Ein Hilwa has been targeted with a number of similar orders not to mention the numerous attacks launched against the villagers on daily basis. Ein Hilwa has been targeted by the Israelis for several years now; its lands, stretching over 3000 dunums are being classified as closed military zones, inaccessible by the Palestinians.

 







 

 

The Israeli measures have forced a large number of villagers to seek pastures new, narrowing its population to less than 250 people. The people find their lives threatened every fields because of mine fields, Israeli raids, and the colonists daily attacks. The Israelis have managed to turn a Palestinian inhabited area into military training ground and an area blighted with mines.
