Stop-work Orders for Six Structures in Al Ramadeen
Violation: stop-work orders for Palestinian structures.
Date: March 12, 2012.
Perpetrators: the Israeli Occupation Civil Administration.
Victim: Al Daghagma and Ishnyour families.

Details:
On March 12, 2012, the Israeli Occupation Civil Administration handed residents of Al Ramadeen stop-work orders for six structures. Ahmad Suleiman, Chairman of Al Ramadeen Village Council said that the Israeli Occupation Civil Administration broke into ‘Wadi al Sultan’ area, south of the village, and handed the orders. He believes that they are trying to limit Palestinian expansion on that side. The orders indicated that the structures were unlicensed and specified April 2, 2012 as the date of a hearing session to be held in Beit El to decide on returning to the status quo.

Nayef al Daghagma, who owns one of the threatened residences, said that owners have already gathered needed documents and handed them to the Palestinian Ministry of State, which will defend their case.  They told them that they managed to postpone the execution of the orders. Table 1: victims:
