Israeli Colonists set 89 Olive Trees Alight in the West Bank
Violation: 3 stop-work orders issued against 3 houses sheltering more than 30 people; most of them are children.
Location: Um Lasfa – Yatta – Hebron Governorate.

Details: the Israeli Occupation Authorities issued 3 stop-work orders against three houses in Um Lasfa village in Yatta.Jaber abu Hmeid, a local, stated that the Israeli Occupation Army presented by the Israeli Occupation Civil Administration handed 3 stop-work orders in the first days of October, 2010 claiming that they were built without permits.
 
The Orders were handed to:
1.     Mohammad Al ‘Umoor: he received a stop-work order against his inhabited one-storey-house. The house is inhabited by 7 members including 5 children. It was built in 2008 with a total area of 200 m2.

2.     Khalil ‘Awad: he received a stop-work order against his inhabited two-storey-house. The house is inhabited by 15 members including 10 children. It was built in 2008 with a total area of 150 m2.
3.     ‘Issa Al ‘Umoor: he received a stop-work order against his inhabited one-storey-house. The house is inhabited by 8 members including 6 children. It was built in 2009 with a total area of 200 m2.

It must be known that by-pass road “60” passes through Um Lasfa which is also edged by Karmael colony from the east.
