Details:
On November 11, 2009, residents of Kafr Qallil received 4 Stop Work orders issued by what is called ‘Israeli Civil Administration.’ The orders were justified by the fact that construction is not allowed in areas classified ‘C’ according to Oslo Agreement unless the owner is granted the suitable permits from the ‘Israeli Civil Administration’. The Construction and Organization Committee ordered the halt of any construction work in the establishment until the December 27, 2009 which is the date of the hearing in the Israeli Beit El Court regarding construction without permits.

During 2009, 20 residential or agricultural structures in the village have received the same orders under the pretext ‘no permits’, especially that the structures are located in areas classified ‘C’ according to Oslo Agreement.
