Abdul Jabbar Najjar, 51, said: "Jabal Sbeih is one of the most targeted area around; it held an Israeli military encampment till the early 1990s. It has been targeted by many attacks carried out by colonists or the Israeli Occupation Army; even farmers working in their lands were not spared. We filed an official complaint at Ariel Police department but all we got back was promises to follow up the case despite cut clear evidences on the identity of the assailants. We know for the sure that the Israeli Occupation Authorities conspires with the colonists".
